New Parts

We provide a 24,000 km or 24-month warranty (whichever comes first) on all newly supplied and installed parts, handled by our skilled technicians.

Tyres

Our tyres come with a b, covering manufacturing defects. Any replacement is subject to a pro-rata adjustment based on the remaining tread depth.

Batteries

Battery warranties range from 12 to 36 months, depending on the type of battery purchased.

Terms and Conditions of Guarantees

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a major failure in service, you are entitled to:

• Cancel your service contract with us.
• Receive a refund for the unused portion or compensation for the reduced value.

If there is a major defect in the goods, you have the right to choose between a refund or replacement.
